I have a billing problem

Open the MiTax app, tap Settings, then Billing. You can see every charge, download receipts, and pause or cancel your plan.

If the issue is a failed payment or an unexpected charge, email billing@mitax.io with your account email. Most billing issues are resolved within one working day.

I need help filing a tax

MiTax handles most filings on its own. Add your income, tap Pay, and we submit the right form to NRS for you.

If a filing looks unfamiliar or you want a second pair of eyes, you can book a tax professional inside the app. For urgent help, use the support hub or send us a message above.

I'm a tax professional and want to partner
