Subscriptions can be cancelled any time and we refund the unused portion of the month, no questions. Transaction fees are tied to payments made to government, so those follow the published policy in the Terms.
MiTax Pro and MiTax State customers get a written SLA covering 99.9 percent uptime, 4 hour priority response, and a named account manager. Personal plans get best-effort support with the response times listed above.
