• Who can refer

  Any MiTax account holder with a valid referral link. Referrer and referred person must be different individuals or entities.

• The reward

  Both accounts receive a MiTax reward once the referred person completes the qualifying action below. Rewards take the form of MiTax account credit applied to your fees or subscription, never a cash payout, because MiTax is non-custodial. The exact reward value is confirmed in-app and published here before the program goes live.

• Qualifying action

  The referred person must open MiTax through your referral link and complete their first qualifying action, typically filing their first return or starting a paid plan. The precise qualifying action and any time limit are confirmed in-app and published here before the program goes live.

• Limits and caps

  A fair-use cap applies to how many rewarded referrals an account can earn in a given period, to keep the program sustainable. The exact cap and period are published here before the program goes live. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and fraudulent activity are excluded.

• How rewards are paid

  Rewards are credited to your MiTax account as a fee or subscription credit after the qualifying action is confirmed. MiTax is non-custodial and does not hold a spendable balance, so rewards are never paid out as cash. Crediting timelines are published here before the program goes live.

• Changes and fair use

  MiTax may change or end this program, and may withhold rewards for abuse. Rewards have no cash value except as stated. Full terms are governed by the MiTax Terms.
